We can talk until we’re blue in the face about the work we do, the way we treat our customers, and what makes our company stand out from the other San Diego residential painting companies, but sometimes it’s best to just let our customers do the talking for us.

Recently, we completed a residential painting job for Mike M. in San Diego. Mike was kind enough to write a glowing review and give us a five-star rating on Yelp. We think his review really captures the type of experience you can expect to have when you work with PaintGreen to paint your San Diego home.

Mike starts his review by saying,

“Jon, the owner arrived as promised and did a thorough job estimating the project and bringing important items to our attention about our project that we had not considered.”

He went on to say that PaintGreen’s proposal was much more detailed than estimates he received from other San Diego painting companies, and he also commented on the fact that our company has all of the insurance and bonds required of painting contractors. In Mike’s words, PaintGreen is made up of

“TOTAL professionals compared to some of the other bidders.”

Mike makes a good point. It’s very important that you hire a San Diego house painter that is licensed, bonded, and insured. This protects you from liability if someone is injured while working on your property, it provides you with some amount of recourse if the job isn’t completed, and it is also just a good indication of a company that does things the right way.

Some painting companies will say that they’re licensed, bonded, and insured, and may even list a license number on their business card or vehicle. However, when you do a little bit of investigating, you may find their license to be expired, suspended, or otherwise invalid. It’s easy to check if a painting contractor is actually licensed, bonded, and insured. This information is all available on the Contractors State Licensing Board’s website simply by plugging in the license number they give you. You can also do a search by the company’s name.

But back to Mike M.’s Yelp review…

Mike says, “…our crew chief painted the house and paid attention to details as if it were his own.” Mike also commented on how friendly and courteous PaintGreen’s crew was while they worked in his home.

Mike concludes his review by saying,

“If you have to paint your house, save some time and just call these guys. At the very least, include them in the bidding and see the difference for yourself.”

Since we completed painting at Mike’s house, we have been back to his neighborhood several times to paint the homes of his neighbors to whom he referred us.

We want to thank Mike for his review! We hope that relaying his experience will be helpful to any of our readers who are looking for a professional, detail-oriented house painting company in San Diego.
